Mossen is in private beta. These terms govern your use of the service during the 3-week free trial and any use thereafter.

Free trial

3 weeks free, no card, no commitment. At the end, we'll agree on a fair price based on value delivered. You can cancel anytime — your data is yours.

Your obligations

Use the service only for legitimate business purposes. Get explicit consent from your customers before sending them marketing messages. Comply with GDPR and e-commerce law.

Data ownership

Your customer data is yours. Ours (product, code, design) is ours. You can export everything in one click, anytime, no questions asked.

Limitation of liability

Mossen is in beta. We do our best to make it work flawlessly but don't guarantee zero errors. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Jurisdiction

Courts of Marbella, Spain. Applicable law: Spanish.
